Upon arrival the homeowner started system. The airhandler was running but no condenser. I checked float switch and it was wet but not full. I cleaned the stem on float,it had film on it not allowing it to read properly. The condenser started. I checked pressures and I did jot find any problems. I had335 head pressure with 92 deg temp and a 12 subcooling and target was 12. I flushed drainline and it finally broke free and started draining. It is cooling and draining at this time.
