Upon arrival the homeowner had son vacuum pan to keep cooling. The bottom of airhandler was sweating very bad.i removed panel and vacuumed all the insulation on the inside of cabinet. After removing as much water as I could I closed cabinet and vacuumed the bottom of airhandler. The drainline was wire tied to hanger to hold down on it. I could not verify completely but may have a small crack in pan do to downward force on drainline. I also noticed drainline is going into wall of alcove then laying on rafters. A new drainline may need to be ran to get water away from airhandler faster. We are going to run it now and homeowner is going to monitor it to see if getting rid of water from cabinet works. I vacuumed drainline also.
