Justin and Marty came out to install a new air conditioner and humidifier at our home. They started by coming into our home and giving a summary of the service they would perform. They had wonderful personalities and carried on conversation with everyone in our family. This is definitely the definition of a family business! They laid out cloth and used special shoes so they wouldn’t ruin any of our flooring. They carried all the old pieces of our system out and were careful of our walls as well. I was very impressed with how the house was left when they were done. In our basement, they custom ran the whole new system and it looks phenomenal! If they had any questions, they would find me in the house and ask. I appreciated their attention to detail. Justin and Marty were kind, personable, caring, detail oriented, and worked in a timely manner. We are so happy we chose Bay Heating and Cooling.
