Upon arrival turn thermostat on to check. 0° temperature drop at that time. Ran outside to check electrical connections. Compressor has failed. System is not operating at this time. This is a personal friend of Rogers I spoke to Roger about this. Roger will speak to them personally after work. Recommend replacing equipment due to age and condition. Thanks Brian.After speaking to Roger he sent out a leak sealant and a hard start kit for 3 1/2 four and five times. This did bring the compressor back to life and system is operating at this time I added the sealant cycled the system clean the coil system is operating properly at this time
