Upon arrival, introduced myself to the tenant and informed her that I was going to inspect the furnace. Performed 13 point inspection, see attached form for critical operating data. Furnace is operating normally per manufacturers specifications. Test furnace after removing test instruments, furnace ignition sequence is completed to full combustion, furnace shutdown normal to standby condition. Furnace operating normally at time of service. No warranty for today’s service. No recommended repairs after todays service.
