After talking with the homeowner, she has no idea what the tune up will cost and how long is going to take; she was expecting free tuneup about 15 minutes, because she was about to leave in about 20 minutes. I took time to explain everything about tune up and membership, she said that she going to think and make decision. Job not done today, and the customer canceled the call. No charge today.
