Service guy was good, but I will never use Bell again because the cost/pricing was ridiculously high.

We feel strongly about sending a qualified technician out to do the job correctly the first time rather than the expense of doing the job incorrectly. Our journeyman technicians are not paid on commission. We utilize flat-rate pricing. And we always quote the price before any work is done, giving our customers control to approve the price of the work before we begin. We hope you give us another opportunity to prove our value.
