Chris M and Josh W: came out due to customer hearing squealing/ whale sounds from the boiler when it would shut off. Started up unit with the basement thermostat turned all the way up and was able to recreate the sound. Sound was coming from the primary circulator pump when the secondary circulator pump would shut off. Adjusted bypass valve handle to allow more flow and prevent deadheading of primary pump when secondary pump shuts off. No charge due to recent installation of pump. This is a warranty call.
