Number one tank of two in series is leaking. Bypass this tank to have number two tank operate until replacements of both 50 gallon tanks or one 75 gallon tank with a mixing valve. Owner requests a proposal also for a recirc pump and up to three bypass valves installed to obtain hot water faster at certain locations. Scheduled with Linda to have Brad Garton out Monday, January 17 between 11 and 12 to provide a proposal. One year labor and material warranty on supplied material. Paid by card.
