Customer has newer water heater. Bell installed. Expansion tank is working properly at this time. Ball valve working at this time. Customer did not want us to drain tank at this time. Customer also at this time did not want us to look at anode rod. Tp Valve working at this time. Water heater is working at time of inspection.
