Chris Rosales came out due to no cool, this is a new installation. Customer said it has never worked. Upon arrival found transformer in indoor unit was bad. Changed out transformer, unit turned on and began to cool. Then turned off , the fast stat is either over apping or is too hot. May need to rewire with new thermostat wire, will need another tech to help. Derek should be scheduled to come tomorrow per customer to help fix new installation. Unit is not cooling at this time, NC warranty call
