Upon arrival, client had two toilets she wanted looked at. First was powder room toilet right at entry way. Toilet is old water closet, where tank is mounted up on wall. Unfortunately we do not repair a toilet this age. Gave options to replace. Second toilet was guest bathroom on main floor, toilet would occasionally run, put dye tablet in and found leak coming from flush valve gasket. Gave options to repair toilet. Client authorized me to replace shut off valve and do a major toilet rebuild. Shut water off and replaced straight 1/4 turn stop. New supply line, tank to bowl bolts, fill valve, and flush valve with flapper. Tested and everything working properly. 2 year warranty parts and labor.
