Chris M and Aaron came out due to issues with air conditioners. Performed diagnostic. Found that the condenser is clogged with dirt dust and debris. Found filter hadn’t been changed in awhile. Found indoor coil clogged with dirt dust and debris. Got permission to perform work. Cleaned both indoor coils fully with brush and with foam no rinse spray. Came to outdoor units and fully sprayed down and cleaned both outdoor units. Proceeded to check refrigerant pressures. Both units are at 1 degree subcool and manufacture standards. There is hardly any heat load inside home at this time. Added 1lb of r410a into each system. Got head pressures to 250 on each unit. Scheduling a follow up call on the 19th of this month to double check systems. Both systems are getting a 16 degree delta t now which states systems are cooling now. No warranty on the cleaning of the systems and 30 day warranty on refrigerant. Customer paid in full by cc.
