Chris McQuistion came out due to issues with heating system. Found that the heating system is radiant heat. The zone valve has failed and needs to be cut out and replaced. Found that the thermostat has been misfired and possibly has failed due to this reason. Found that the face plate of the radiant heat in one of the bedrooms is completely missing. Gave customer options. Got permission to perform work.started by going and grabbing correct components. Came back with correct components. Isolated the water line heating loop inside home. Drained the system as much as possible. Cut out old zone valve. Added new zone valve. Tested for leaks. Found no leaks. Next tested wiring on thermostat and zone valve. Found thermostat is not calling for heat when asked to. Changed out thermostat to new thermostat. Programmed thermostat correctly. Tested and found system is functioning as should at this time. Next went to baseboard heating radiant in bedroom. Took apart old radiant heat backing and cover
