Returned to perform work that was agreed upon last visit. Instead of two 50 gallon water heaters, each with a circulation pump, she wanted one 75 gallon water heater with a circulation pump. She also wanted to add the repair on the kitchen drain line so it drains properly. Shut water off to home and drained system down. Installed new 1.25†PRV set at 70psi. Installed 1.25†Flo by Moen smart valve, and water pressure gauge on main water line tree. 2 year warranty parts and labor. Installed customer supplied scale blaster on 1.25†main, and one after circulation pump on water heater. No warranty on customer supplied parts. Installed 75 gallon water heater, removed both 50s. Re did venting from furnace to common wye and for water heater. Installed new shut off valves for water heater, thermal expansion tank (70psi). New gas shut off with flex, and drip leg at gas control valve. Removed and capped gas line from 2nd water heater. 6 year warranty parts and tank. 3 year warranty
