Great, timely service provided by Excellent Technician

I called and received service the same day from technician, Dominique. He was very professional; listened well and answered my questions; and left the work area clean. He returned the next day after sourcing parts to replaced my furnace blower and flue vent. As work progressed, he was sure to keep me updated on findings and cost.

Secondary For the old drain line that was abandoned for the dishwasher, I was able to cut down the stack in order to run a 25 foot cable. I had no issues with the cable and very small residue on the line. After that, I ran the Spartan 100 the full cable length of 75ft down the primary drain connected to the disposal. I had to issues with the main line and water flowed down it perfectly.

Secondary Ran two separate secondary lines. The first one was the kitchen line. I was able to run the cable 75 feet and pull out a large blockage. I water tested for multiple minutes and the water had no issue going down. The second line I ran was the vanity in the bathroom. I was able to run the small auger 25 feet with no issue and was able to pull back some buildup and hair. I ran the water and there was no issue draining.

Owner inquired about the existing shower pan be replaced In addition to an owner-furnished shower valve replacement during tile work by others. Contacted Brad Garton via phone and I will send him pictures of the task at hand and Brad will contact the owner with a proposal for a 36”x 36” fiberglass shower pan replacement and an owner-furnished shower valve replacement. Existing tile and backing board has been removed and new backing board has been installed by the tile contractor.
