The Bell Plumbing and Heating tech, Aaron Williams, who serviced our furnace on 12/7 was great. It was nice to see a familiar face (partly covered with the requisite mask), as he had also serviced the AC last summer. He obviously know his stuff! Bell might cost a little more for installs and repairs than some other companies, but for that you get expertise and an excellent job they stand by, and, unlike "some other companies," Bell techs do NOT work on commission, so they don't try to sell you products/services you don't need. And the membership plan works well for fixed-price routine preventative maintenance on AC, furnace and more.

I called and received service the same day from technician, Dominique. He was very professional; listened well and answered my questions; and left the work area clean. He returned the next day after sourcing parts to replaced my furnace blower and flue vent. As work progressed, he was sure to keep me updated on findings and cost.

They did a full plumbing inspection of the home on April 8, 2022. Upon inspection found that the homeless kept up beautifully with plumbing the only concerns are at the main shut off valves and the kitchen shut off. The main shut off valves are gate valves that are hard to turn, I did not want to mess with them too much because of possible corrosion leaking. Both dual emergency shut off in the kitchen our gate valves as well and I recommended quarter turns for peace of mind. Customer would like to move forward with replacing and will be getting in contact with us for schedule.
Customer needed a bid to replace the shower faucet and to lavatories Faucet and repair a drain line for his shower. Had a steady leak in a wall that had to have a lot of drywall and flooring removed.
Customer had toilet they tried to repair. I came in and replaced fill valve and flapper her and a new supply tube. Basement bathroom

Plumbing inspection. Master bathroom left lav faucet leaks from faucet body into cabinet below. Discussed repair/replacement options, client wants to replace both lav faucets in master bathroom. Guest bathroom tub stopper does not hold water tightly. Went over various options. Emailed estimates to client. Everything else in home is in good condition. Water heater installed by us in 2020.

Quoted task options for kitchen faucet replacement. Owner will choose an option and call to reschedule for installation. Existing pull out style Delta kitchen faucet will not rotate at all at the spout.
Shower was remodeled 6 months ago. Customer was finally able to use shower due to tile and glass being held back. First time using the shower and came downstairs afterwards and water leaking through light fixture. Went upstairs to check install. Shower arm was on tight. Looked behind trim plate and saw no issues. Then pulled grate off drain and saw that the flange on the shower drain had snapped off, thus leaving nothing holding it tight to pan. Will be coming back Thursday to re install shower drain. We were able to get to the home Thursday morning and locate the pipe in the living room we took existing shower drain out (it had failed due to a defect in the plastic collar.) I was able to replace with a brass shower drain to insure stability and repiped to drain.
Gave estimate for both standard and hot and cold hose bib to garage, to be tide in for laundry box.
