Chris Rosales came out due to no cool, upon arrival found both outdoor unit turned off due to Xcell boxes. Customer told me to take them off. One unit started but the second did not, saw high pressure switch reset popped, reset and unit started. Recommend condenser cleaning, customer agreed and agreed to become a Gold member for both systems. Unit is now cooling at this time, customer did not want tune ups at this time. Customer paid $919.05 with a check.
