Bell Plumbing sent Russ Griffiths to replace the cracked and leaking shut-off valve in my house. Russ arrived at the designated time. He replaced the broken shut-off value quickly and efficiently. He is one of the friendliest and most courteous service people I have ever dealt with. I am very impressed with Bell Plumbing and their service technicians.

I had a leaky toilet (because of my incompetent DIY project) so called Bell Plumbing. They sent Russ Griffiths out within an hour or two. He looked things over and made the necessary repairs. (He did not make any comments about my incompetence, which was appreciated!). I highly recommend Russ and Bell Plumbing and Heating.

James was very professional. I told him what had happened, he did a few test and diagnosed the problem and suggested a course of action. The drain pipe from the dishwasher was not fully draining. We discussed our options and cost. Then James went to work. Access to the drain pipe very inconvenient along with several awkward bends, but James was able to snake about 30’ of the dishwasher drain pipe and the main drain pipe. When he was finished, he tested the drain pipes and ran the dishwasher for about 30 minutes to make sure everything was working properly. He answered all of our questions and explained everything so that this non-plumber could understand.

Showroom mens furthest toilet clogged. Gave option. Client authorized. Auggered toilet and everything working properly. No warranty on clear.
Arrived on site, client had drain back up out of dishwasher. Ran water in sink no back up. Filled sinks multiple times and drain is flowing fine. No issues present. Gave estimates to run cable just in case. Client declined.
Replaced hot side dual stop for kitchen. 3/8 x 3/8. Took out multi turn and installed new quarter turn. 2 year warranty parts and labor.
Plumbing inspection. Everything in the house was in proper working order. Did notice some builds up on a couple of the multi turn angle stops and suggested to customer they may want to replace with new quarter turns in the near future. Aside from that everything else looks great.
Customer had leak on ABS pipe in the basement. Toilet wax ring was leaking and running down the ABS pipe. Customer has pedestal Lav he would like installed. Said that we will install it sometime next month.
Repaired CPVC water line located in room 108.
Customer had old toilet that was beginning to deteriorate inside the tank causing leaks into the bowl we choose to do a full rebuild in the tank.
Assessed what was going on in shower. Some grout in tile is missing and was able to get a knife in between saying that water can do the same. Customer will re caulk and in good shape.
Whole house plumbing inspection. Found kitchen sink faucet was leaking a base showerhead and tub spout in basement bathroom needed to be replaced toilet in basement bath need a new fill valve and flapper.Customer is going to help me come back on April 14. Customer gave down payment Customer had whole house plumbing inspection. They had me replace the kitchen sink faucet install new toilet in basement bath and replace Moen cartridge in basement tub faucet. Customer supplied kitchen sink faucet and customer supplied toilet
Replaced cold shut off valve and flex supply line to left water heater under warranty. After removing parts I found that the joint that I had soldiered bad. Checked for leaks.
