James was very professional. I told him what had happened, he did a few test and diagnosed the problem and suggested a course of action. The drain pipe from the dishwasher was not fully draining. We discussed our options and cost. Then James went to work. Access to the drain pipe very inconvenient along with several awkward bends, but James was able to snake about 30’ of the dishwasher drain pipe and the main drain pipe. When he was finished, he tested the drain pipes and ran the dishwasher for about 30 minutes to make sure everything was working properly. He answered all of our questions and explained everything so that this non-plumber could understand.
