Upon arrival, clients right sink in master bathroom was leaking. Found sink rusting out around pop up assembly. Left sink also starting to rust but not nearly as bad. Faucets would leak from handles when turned on as well. Gave options and client authorized me to replace lav sinks, and repair faucets. Shut water off to home and drained system. Installed new straight stops for both master bathroom lav sinks. Removed old sinks and installed 19†round drop in sinks. Installed new pop up assemblies in both sinks. Replaced stems and seats in both lav sink faucets. Re installed old faucets to new sinks. Tested and everything working properly. 2 year warranty parts and labor. Client signed up for BVR. Paid via check.
