Prior to arrival, Margaret had noticed water on the basement floor around the forced air units last week during the heat wave. At time of arrival, water evaporation has occurred but the mineral deposits left behind are showing signs of water coming from most likely the air conditioning unit. Floor drain does not show any signs of back up and all other plumbing checks out fine including the water heater. Ran both lower and upper air conditioning units for approximate 10 minutes to find no leakage during that span of time. Replaced both owner furnished air filters at both units in the basement. Existing filters were not that dirty. Scheduled with Alex to have a heating air-conditioning technician out tomorrow Tuesday, June 29 8 AM First call. Enrolled in the Gold Maintenance Plan for one year.
