It does pay to be the HVAC supervisor when the job has become quite complicated! Everything he diagnosed and fixed is what we have been telling boiler people for years but we are “ONLY” the customer. Doesn’t matter if our combined IQ is well over 300! Anyhow we really needed the top guy especially after yesterday when we found out that we were not told the truth about getting a part.
