Chris Rosales came out to perform furnace tune up, performed 13 point inspection and found 3 main areas of concern. The Blower wheel cleaning is recommended. The Run Capacitor is weak at 9.6 mfd, Actuall rated 10. Customer recently had a AC coil installed by another company however they did not pipe in a second drain or safety. Recommend Float safety switch missing for AC. Customer agreed to repairs, customer paid $1,101.60 on credit card. 2 yr warranty on parts. Unit is cooling at this time.
