Chris M came out due to leak on radiant baseboard heating. Performed diagnostic. Found bedroom had to repairs on the baseboard heating. Found a leak in living room baseboard heater. Got permission to perform work. Started by repairing the bedroom baseboard heater. Had to cut into wall to get repair made. Customer gave permission. Bell is not responsible for repair of wall. Replaced with two couplings and a 2 ‘ piece of 3/4 copper. Next repaired the smaller leak down the line with same thing two couplings and 2’ copper. Next went into living room and repaired the cracked 3/4 copper heat baseboard. Had to replace with four couplings and 2’ copper. Next pressure tested and found no leaks at this time. Purged entire boiler system. Found that the auto feed and back flow preventer has failed. Boiler is operational at this time but will cause more issues if the auto feed and back flow are not replaced. Providing estimate for replacement of auto feed. Customer gave credit card info to cs
