We called for emergency service and Tim was dispatched to our home. Tim called while enroute to let us know his arrival time. Within minutes of arrival he was able to assess the situation and fix the problem. Tim is very competent and makes his customers feel confident in his skills. He did a great job and is an asset to Black Diamond.
