I am a first time customer It was refreshing to have a knowledgeable and personable individual like Marlon to service my home. He was informative, patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why. The camera images not only showed the work that needed to be done but also provided proof positive that it was done. Kudos to Black Diamond and Marlon! He is a gem!
