Of all times, on Memorial Day weekend with a huge storm in the area at 10 pm, my air conditioner starting tripping my circuit breaker. Because the panel is in my daughter's room and was so hot to the touch, I was worried it was a fire hazard and called Black Diamond. Clay showed up at our home, and he quickly, compassionately, and perfectly fixed the problem!!! The repair wasn't simple and required parts he didn't have with him, but that didn't stop him. He picked up the part in the middle of the night to make sure he finished the job!!! How amazing is that?! I was so happy with the service, from the first call to them that was answered by a person, not a machine, to Clay, our repairman, to the support, teamwork, and technology used to complete the job... Black Diamond was the best!
