We've had Mike at our house twice now. Mike is forever nice, very caring and sympathetic and also very informative. The interesting thing about Mike's visits is the timing. First visit: entirely new furnace system and duct cleaning; Second visit: entirely new AC system. He makes us love Black Diamond!
