Two technicians arrived on time and immediately began the procedure. An explanation of what was to be done was given. They performed the service and carefully explained everything I needed to know upon completion. Both of them are an asset to the company. The ducts are now delivering what seems to be twice the air then before their work. I am completely satisfied with the results.
