I like to thank Black Diamond for your quick response when I called today and you sent Kieth Hengler to my house in a couple of hours. I took a chance and called you. I had a HVAC company for the last 20yrs and in 2016 I was dissatisfied with the service, people etc. so I called Black Diamond and got an excellent, quiet, hardworking Kieth Hengler. I was expecting the worst news because of my previous experience in 2016. I watched Kieth use his magic hands doing his job he was here a few hours and when he was finished I very happy with his report. I hope Keith will be my HVAC man for a long time to come.
