This was the fastest that I have ever been able to have a Technician sent to my home for anything. Besides being knowledgeable, the Technician was also considerate and used shoe covers to avoid our carpet getting dirty. He also saved us over $700, by finding out that our furnace was under warranty and we did not have to pay for the motor that seized up. We were extremely pleased with the entire repair process. I would recommend Black Diamond Company and the Technician Clay, to anyone.
