Black Diamond a scheduled service on a Saturday at normal rates when other companies wanted to charge for emergency service because of the weekend. Keith was outstanding in terms of both customer service and technical knowledge. He was able to solve a long term problem the other company never found. We are extremely please with Keith provided.
