Our furnace was not turning on by itself, technician came and told us it was our heat exchanger. $1600 to repair and scared us about carbon monoxide poisoning. They sent out tech next day for estimates on new furnace. Were then told the part was under a recall and would be less than $1000. Was repaired and told burners going out also. Next morning realized furnace still not working unless set at 70. They came out again and replaced the burners. Now working fine again. They resolved the issue with not correctly diagnosing the problem very much to our satisfaction. However, not sure we would trust them again or recommend them. Also had them quote us for some electrical work that was estimated twice the amount of other quotes.
