We continue to be impressed with the people and the competence of Black Diamond. The technicians they send to our home are unfailingly knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They diagnose the problem quickly, provide a price and then set to work. We are always pleased with the job done, and they have now helped us with heating, cooling, electric and plumbing.
