Gerad and Dan were wonderful- Gerad explained everything and was very patient with me. The work was done in a very timely fashion and everything was clean and organized when they were finished. I will not hesitate to call Black Diamond for any and all of my needs and will recommend them very highly! Gerad took a horrible experience and turned it around for me- thank you!!
