Furnace clean and tune. Cycled system. Checked hest exchanger, ok. Checked and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Ignitor has signs of being worn, but no cracks found at this time. Found bearings in ventor motor to be worn. Checked for CO in airstream, none found. Normal levels of CO and XS air in exhaust. System operating normal at thus time. Job complete.
