Performed 1st year furnace cleaning. Cleaned the burners and the flame sensor. Wiped down the inside of the furnace. Checked the furnace heat exchanger. Cycled the furnace. Checked the motors for proper operation. Cleaned the drain line. Checked the gas pressure and performed a combustion test. The furnace is running normally at this time. Looks like the air conditioner will be due for its cleaning in April. An air conditioner cleaning is recommended to maintain the warranty and the efficiency of the unit.
