Prefom 2 geothermal clean and tunes and one first year boiler clean and tune. Replace two air filters and 2 water panels. Clean out the drains and test the performance of each unit. Fix venting leak on the boiler. All the systems and operating properly at this time. Wrote down all model and serial numbers of the equipment. Charlie ask if there was a quieter bath fans the one under the mater suit is very loud and you can here it in the offices. Charlie also asked about thermostats I advised him to speak with his IT guys about them, he needs something g that will integrate in to the security system. The capacitors in both geos are weak and need to be replaced these should be under warranty. Need to order them and return to replace.
