Furnace checked. Cycled system. Heat exchanger is rusty. No cracks found. Cleaned flame sensor, checked igniter. Checeked for co in airstream , none found. Normal levels of co and XS air in exhaust. System is rusted, but operating normal at this time. Job complete.
