Completed gas furnace and AC replacement. Disconnected the old furnace and removed it. Set the new furnace on blocks and reconnected the gas, electric, pvc vent pipes and the ductwork. Placed a new cased coil on top of the furnace. Installed a new Daikin One thermostat and connected it to the furnace. Recovered the old refrigerant charge and removed the old AC. Set the new Daikin Fit AC on a new pad and after flushing the lineset reconnected it to new coil and AC. Pressurized the lineset with 500 psi nitrogen to test for leaks. We run tested the furnace but will need to return in spring to do the AC start up procedure when it is warmer.
