Performed the level 2 package cleanings. Furnace: Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Combustion readings are normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. High limit passed the safety check. Temp rise was 42 degrees. AC: No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Capacitor tested in required zones. Condenser was cleaned off with water and nu brite. Liquid line set was at 223 psi and the vapor line set was at 109 psi. All HVAC equipment is running properly at this time.
