Ac not cooling customer noticed ice built up outside and downstairs. Checked the filter and furnace operation. Turned thermostat on and cycled the unit. Found the unit low on refigrrant, talked to the customer about repair vs replacmaent. Charged the unit up and office will call to make an appoiment on Tuesday when joe her husband get home from work for a second opinion. The system is currently working properly at this time. Thanks.
