Performed the level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. High limit passed the safety check. Heat rise was 47°. Customers upgraded to a package cleaning during my visit and I did the AC portion while I was here. No leaks detected. Electrical components from the compressor tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant charge was normal. Subcool was 9° with a 17° temp split. The only issue I found was the capacitor tested out of the required zone. Recommended replacement. Furnace and AC cleaning
