Performed level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are rusting out. Heat exchanger is starting to chip in spots. Gas and exhaust levels are normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. Heat rise was 65 degrees. Unit is operating normally at this time. I also inspected a leak from the humidifier. I found the water panel wasn’t properly placed in the unit.
