Was here for a furnace cleaning. Performed preferred customer furnace cleaning. Found high Co readings in the exhaust measuring at 800 ppm co. The furnace is 18 years old. Average furnace life is 15 years. Due to the high co readings. I have shut off the power and the gas to the furnace as it is considered unsafe to operate.
