Performed the level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Gas and exhaust levels are normal. No CO detected in the air. Heat rise was 44 degrees. We also checked into the basement zone valves. Their may be connection issues from the basement board and dampers. Chad will be returning to double check and fix the issue.
