Ac not cooling sounds like it going to start but nothing happens. When I arrived I checked the filter and thermostat and both are good. Turned the unit on and tested the condenser. Found the capacitor bad and it needs to be replaced. Compressor is getting weaker but still testing good. The back side of the condenser is very dirty and the unit should be cleaned and check for other issues. Talked to the customer about the options. Replaced the capacitor and the u it started up. System is operating the beast it can at this time. Thanks Brad
