Came out to investigate the thermostat. Customer said it would light up at 3:00a.m. and turn off the AC. I had a notification saying the time and date needed to be set. Customers weren’t sure if the time was set prior to this happening. I asked about power outages that may have caused this, but the customers haven’t had any. I replaced the thermostat face under full warranty due to the internal components wearing out.
