Performed the level 2 PKG cleaning. Furnace: Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger is starting to rust. Combustion analysis was normal. No CO detected in the air. Temp rise was 61°. AC: No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant charge was normal. Superheat was 14° with a 17° temp split. All HVAC equipment is operating normally.
