Ac not cooling very well, customer said it iced up the other day. Used refigrent sniffer to try and locate a leak before starting the system up. Couldn’t find any leaks inside or outside. Started up the ac and checked refrigerant charge, unit is low by about 2lbs. Talked to customer about repair vs replacement, and mention that replacement is the better option. The unit is 26 years old and the furnace is older. She needed to talk to her husband about it. Highly reccomend service manager, Dan, coming out to preform a second opinion.
